Return Policy for Flower Orders
Due to the nature of the products, special return policies apply to flower orders:
Fresh cut flowers can only be returned on the day of delivery . The return process can only be completed if you contact our company on the day of receipt and the flowers are returned unused and undamaged.
The return period for potted plants is 7 days . For returns, the plant must be delivered to our company in its original condition, healthy and well-maintained . Returns may not be accepted if the potted plants show signs of water loss, disease, or damage from external factors.
