CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
1. General Information
This Cancellation and Return Policy governs the terms and conditions for cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds regarding the products and services offered by Beykoz Çiçekçilik via www.beykozcicekcilik.com.
All customers who place an order through our website are deemed to have accepted this policy.
2. Order Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order provided that the order preparation process has not yet begun.
Order cancellation requests are subject to the following conditions:
For cancellation requests made before order preparation begins, the full payment will be refunded.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted for orders that have entered the production, preparation, or packaging stages.
Orders that have already been dispatched by the courier cannot be canceled.
For same-day delivery orders, cancellation requests may be denied if order preparation has already begun.
3. Order Changes
Changes to the delivery date, delivery address, recipient information, or card message must be reported to customer service as soon as possible.
If the delivery process has already begun, change requests may not be accepted, or an additional delivery fee may be charged.
4. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
Fresh flowers,
Bouquets made from cut flowers,
Wreaths,
Grand opening flowers,
Funeral wreaths,
Custom-made arrangements,
Products with names, company names, or special messages printed on them,
Perishable products or those with an expiration date that may have passed.
Therefore, returns under the right of withdrawal are not accepted for the above products once they have been delivered.
5. Return Conditions
The customer may request a return or reshipment in the following cases:
If a different product was delivered instead of the one ordered,
If the product was seriously damaged during delivery,
If the delivered product does not meet the essential characteristics of the ordered product,
If delivery could not be completed due to reasons attributable to Beykoz Çiçekçilik.
These situations must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs and a description.
If the claim is deemed valid following an investigation:
The product may be re-prepared and reshipped,
A partial refund may be issued,
The full order amount may be refunded.
The decision is made by Beykoz Çiçekçilik based on the nature of the incident.
6. Product Images and Natural Variations
Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to the natural nature of flowers;
Minor variations may occur in:
Color tones,
Bloom levels,
Leaf density,
Packaging and decoration details.
For seasonal or supply-related reasons, certain flower types or accessories may be replaced with equivalent products of the same value and appearance. This situation is not considered a valid reason for a return.
7. Refund Process
Refunds for orders approved for return will be processed via the original payment method.
Once the return is approved, the refund process will be initiated within 14 days at the latest. Due to processing times by banks or payment providers, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
8. Undeliverable Orders
Delivery may not be possible in cases such as the recipient not being present at the address, an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, or the recipient being unreachable.
In such cases:
We will attempt to contact the customer.
If a redelivery is requested, an additional delivery fee may apply.
No refund will be issued for delivery issues caused by the customer.
