SALES POLICY
1. General Provisions
This sales policy governs the ordering, payment, delivery, cancellation, and return processes for products and services offered for sale by Beykoz Çiçekçilik via www.beykozcicekcilik.com.
All customers placing orders through our website are deemed to have accepted this sales policy upon completing their orders.
2. Order Process
Orders are processed after the payment transaction is successfully completed.
Order confirmation details are sent to the customer via email and/or SMS.
Beykoz Çiçekçilik reserves the right to substitute products with equivalent items in the order due to stock availability or operational requirements.
Due to seasonal conditions or supply issues, certain flower varieties, colors, or accessories shown in the images may be replaced with equivalent products.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Turkish Lira (₺).
VAT is included in the prices.
Payment transactions are processed through secure payment systems.
Beykoz Çiçekçilik reserves the right to cancel orders containing obvious pricing errors.
4. Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered within the selected delivery date and time window.
Delays may occur due to heavy traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, and special occasions.
If the order cannot be delivered to the recipient at the specified address, the product may be delivered to an authorized person at that address.
Beykoz Çiçekçilik is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.
In cases requiring a redelivery, an additional delivery fee may be charged.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the address, date, or card message must be reported at least 6 hours before the delivery time.
Orders that have not yet entered the preparation phase may be canceled.
Cancellation requests may not be accepted for orders where the product has been prepared or has already been handed over to the courier.
Different cancellation terms may apply to special occasion promotions.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Fresh flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, potted plants, and custom-made products are considered perishable or custom-produced items by their nature.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation cannot be exercised for delivered fresh flower products.
However, customers may request an exchange or a refund in the following cases:
Delivery of the wrong product,
Delivery of a product that is seriously damaged,
Significant discrepancies between the order details and the delivered product.
In such cases, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographs of the product.
7. About Product Images
The product photos on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
Due to the natural nature of flowers, seasonal changes, and supply conditions, minor differences may occur in the delivered products. Equivalent alternatives may be provided while maintaining the product’s overall design concept.
8. Force Majeure
Beykoz Çiçekçilik cannot be held liable for any delays or failures in delivery resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, traffic obstructions, decisions by official authorities, strikes, war, epidemics, and similar circumstances.
